This is a small and beautiful Venkateshwara Swamy temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This temple is also called Dakshina Tirupati . It is just off the National Highway, after Hosur on the way to Krishnagiri when you are going from Bangalore .
It is located on top of a small hill, you can drive up to the temple parking area. Temple as on a hill is surrounded by a beautiful scenery and fresh air. You can feel the breeze and the calmness. Deity of Load Venkateshwara is quite huge. Temple is clean and well maintained. There is not much crowd, you can spend time comfortably as you wish. If all you have is a little time to do darshan, you can do so within a short time. You don’t need too much of time, but can spend some time feeling the calm atmosphere and ambience.
We visited in mid June 2019, we drove from Bangalore by car. For our location it was a quick little over an hour drive. When you are going from Bangalore, it is on the right side of the highway just after Hosur. Google directions will guide you go further a lot and take a U turn. But this is not necessary. There is opening on the highway where you can take right to the entrance road. There is an arch at the entrance of the temple road by which you can identify.
I like temple where there is no crowd, feels calm and peaceful. This was definitely one such temple. I am glad I visited.
I have a small video from my visit. Check it out.
